Two friends try to uncover the mystery of mummy attacks in the small town of Hesby. Without warning or apparent reason, mummies—that's right—ancient Egyptian mummies have begun spontaneously appearing seemingly at random. Now it's up to our protagonists, Megan and Rosa, to uncover the mystery and stop the invasion in it's mummified tracks.

Curses is a blend of comedy and science-fiction like Clerks mixed with Shaun of the Dead minus the zombies. The story follows Megan and Rosa, a couple of 20-something year old women who, by chance, witness the beginning of the mummy apocalypse. Despite the fact that the ancient undead show up out of nowhere and attack citizens at random, nobody seems to believe them. Against all odds, Megan and Rosa must find out what is causing this unnatural phenomenon and how to stop it!

This 86-page graphic novel collects all of Issues 1-3 into one book. Great for the reader who wants to have it all in one package.
